Who We Serve

The Clients of LifeSteps Financial

We serve a diverse clientele, but common to all of our clients is the fact that they value independent advice and a high degree of personal service. People often seek a relationship with our firm due to a financial transition in their lives. Specific situations include planning for retirement, the loss of a loved one, the receipt of an inheritance or the simple realization that it’s time to get serious about their financial future.

Unlike many financial services firms, we do not define our clients by their financial resources or professional status. Instead, we evaluate each relationship based on the potential for us to add value specific to each client’s circumstances. While our technical expertise is important, we recognize that “people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.”
